Terms & Conditions
  • 2% charges on purchase of property and 1% charge will be applicable on the transaction contract above 75 lakhs.
  • 3% charges are applicable on property below 10 lakhs.
  • You Will not make any purchase agreement and visit the site without informing the concern person, if you do so in future, you will be bound to pay service charges.
  • The fee charged after visiting the property will be refunded upon entering into the agreement.
  • The complete information related to the documents of any purchase property will be given.
  • Possession will be given only after the completion of the document proceedings on the agreement made of the purchase property.
  • Duty Stamp / Tax / GST and other charges on purchase property agreement will not be payable by Ananta Property.
  • Ananta Property deals in house / flat / shop / plot / farmhouse / land / commercial space mnc sector bank government / semi-government (buying/selling/renting).
  • No deduction will be made in the service charges decided by Ananta Property.
  • Terms & Condition is applicable to both the parties of buy, sell and rent.
  • Ananta property will visit you only 3-5 options according to your budget.
Payments Conditions
  • 50% service charge will be paid on the agreement to buy/sell property and 50% on the balance amount.
  • Full service charge have to be paid in case of agreement with residential / commercial property rental.
  • Collect the receipt of service charges payment by CHEQUE / CASH / NEFT/ UPI
  • Taxes on payment will be payable separately.
  • NOTE: In Case of a dispute in the agreement of property (purchase/sale and rent), complain to the police station and follow the orders of the Bhopal court.
